I believe baking and chocolate making should be slow, soulful, and kind. That’s why I skip the rush and focus on mindful, small-batch creations made with care. Using high-quality chocolate, pure organic flours, heirloom grains, and a patient sourdough culture, I create breads and sweets that are rich in flavor, thoughtfully made, and comforting to share.
